Harold Allen Crouch

Harold Allen Crouch, 59, of Evington, Virginia passed away on September 17, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Allen was born on September 25, 1966, in Lynchburg, Virginia, a son of the late Harold Otey Crouch and Jean Francis Crouch.

He was a graduate of Brookville High School, then later pursued a career with The Virginia Department of Transportation.

Allen was a member of the Moose Lodge #1727. He enjoyed working on small engines, drag racing, tractor pulls and spending quality time with his family, and his best friends Charlie and Ghost.

Allen is survived by his fiancé Tammy Irvin; his son, Coty Crouch and fiancé Morgan;

Daughters, Stephanie Walker and Hannah Crouch; stepdaughters, Kari Irvin, Morgan Durrette (Patrick), Taylor Christian (RC), Kristin Teegarden (Coleman); grandkids, Jackson and Mia Crouch, Isla Teegarden, Carson and Beckett Walker, Kennadi Mayberry, Khiyana Hughes, and Kayden and Brayden Cousins, Nasira and Nailah Carter, Patrick Durrette Jr., and Trinity and Malik Christian.

He is also survived he his sisters, Sharon Crouch (Wayne) and Linda St. John (David); one brother, Wade May.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his uncle Tommy Lawrence and his grandparents.

The family will receive friends, Monday, September 21, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg. A Celebration of Allen's life will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, in the chapel of Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg with Pastor Dwight Weaver officiating. Interment will follow in Leffler Community Cemetery.
