On May 22, 2026 JaVontae Alexander Revely our beloved son was called home to rest, in Appomattox, VA. He was born on August 2, 2009 to Marques Revely of Appomattox, VA and Carla Goodyear of Colombus, OH.

He joined Liberty Chapel Church. To know him is to love him. He was the life of the party. He never met a stranger. He was loved by many.

He leaves to cherish his memories Marques Revely (Pam); Carla Goodyear (James); a devoted grandmother, Caroline Revely; two brothers, Jahiem Revely and Dylan Harris; two sisters, McKenzie Revely and Micah Hunter; step brother, Johnny Baldwin ; two step sisters, Mckenzie Harris and Rebecca Baldwin; nanny, Ellen Harris; aunts, Nadia Revely (Tyrone) and Pricilla Johnson; and uncle, Charles Revely Jr; and a host of great uncles, great aunts, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2026 at Appomattox High School Auditorium at 3:00P.M. He will be open to the public for viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service in the family cemetery. The family will receive friends at Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg Location on Friday, May 29, 2026 between the hours of 6:00P.M.- 8:00P.M.
