Born on June 24, 1927, he was the son of the late Claude Clement Arthur and Mary Woody Arthur.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford conducted by the Rev. Les Whealton.
